Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information where tracking is available.

You can use this information to follow your delivery through the carrier’s website.

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please email support@elowenrose.co.uk with your name and order number.
