All products are subject to availability. We may change or discontinue products without notice, but this will not affect orders we have already accepted.

Products supplied must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose, as required by UK consumer law.

Prices

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be clearly displayed before you place your order.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

If a product has been listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may contact you before accepting the order and give you the option to purchase it at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Orders and Contract Formation

By placing an order, you confirm that:

The information you provide is accurate and complete
You are authorised to use the selected payment method
You are legally capable of entering into a contract

After you place an order, we will send you an acknowledgement email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean it has been accepted.

A contract between you and Elowen Rose is formed when we send confirmation that your order has been dispatched, unless we expressly state otherwise.

Before dispatch, we may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including:

The product is unavailable
Payment cannot be authorised
We identify an error in the price or product information
We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity
We cannot deliver to the address provided

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot accept, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed. Transactions are handled by secure third-party payment providers, and additional terms from those providers may apply.

Delivery

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and charges will be displayed at checkout or explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed to a specific date. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will contact you where a significant delay occurs and explain the options available.

Unless another timeframe has been agreed with you, orders will be delivered within 30 days as required by applicable UK consumer law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Your rights to cancel an online order and request a return or refund are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Under UK consumer law, eligible online purchases may generally be cancelled within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our additional 30-day returns policy may provide further rights subject to its stated conditions.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions communicated at the time of the offer.

Unless stated otherwise:

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash
Only one discount code may be used per order
A discount code must be applied before the order is completed
Promotions may be amended or withdrawn before an order is placed

Withdrawing or changing a promotion will not affect an order already accepted.

Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, photographs, designs, branding and logos, are owned by or licensed to Elowen Rose and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
